Inspired by her own health and fitness journey, Holly Olp has been coaching people in their weight loss, fitness and wellness goals for three years, becoming an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in the process. She has played hockey since she was 8 and is no stranger to performance training, but also enjoys giving her clients the confidence and strength they need for healthy, balanced lives; good posture; and strong bodies as they experience all of life’s cycles. Holly believes the body is capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for, and works to teach her clients how to safely push past their perceived limits, how to enjoy extending beyond their comfort zones and how to achieve fitness goals in a stress-free, balanced way.
Holly led a Women on Weights class that I joined and I cannot say enough positive things about her or her class. I needed to get motivated and Holly’s gentle and encouraging manner was just what I needed.
