“I am super invested in being fit and bettering myself overall. For the past five years I had been on a fitness journey on my own without the guidance of a trainer. And I had no idea what I was missing out on until this past fall.
I have been training with Elise Frazier since early September. She was my group coach for a Spartan race and now a personal trainer to me. I look up to Elise a lot. If you’re searching for a good fit for you as far as personal training goes, she has a wealth of knowledge and will help you reach your goals while making the whole process fun.
Since training with Elise I have been closer to my goals in just the past couple months with her coaching me than I have in the few years I was trying on my own. I encourage anyone who is considering training, to sit down with her and schedule a couple sessions, you won’t be disappointed!”

“I have been with Elise for almost 1 year now. This past year has been so uplifting and educational for me. I have lost an additional 37 pounds so far (size 14 to a size 6)! I am never afraid to confide in Elise; she listens and directs and really cares about my well being. Elise is not just my trainer anymore. I really look forward to seeing her each week and I consider her a friend. Elise has changed my life and my way of thinking about food and exercising. I cannot thank her enough for making ME proud of ME.”
