Experience
2+ years of personal training, formerly taught bootcamp and spin classes as well. Piloted a lifting program called “women lifting women” specifically designed to get women more comfortable lifting and in the gym atmosphere. Part of a “move for mental health” initiative which integrated exercise into student counseling programs.

Functional- style training for individuals of all ages and skill levels.

Exercise should be used to enhance one’s overall life experience- working out isn’t just about meeting goals and getting physically stronger, it’s about increasing intrinsic motivation, improving the quality of your life, and pushing yourself mentally.
