Personal Training Manager
Justin received his personal training certification through ISSA and has received his Bachelors in Sports and Recreation Management at Ashford University. He has been active in sports all of his life, including being named captain of his high school basketball team.
General Manager, CPT
Growing up on the Cape, Glenn always had a passion for fitness & outdoor activities. He competed in football, soccer and track for his hometown, Barnstable. He attended the UMASS Amherst earning a B.S. degree in Kinesiology: Exercise, Nutrition, & Wellness.
Jeff holds a degree in exercise science and has several advanced health and fitness certifications. With over 20 years of experience creating programs for clients to achieve their fitness goals, Jeff is one of the most sought after trainers in the country.
Kim is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer as well as a state licensed Massage Therapist. She has a broad knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Kim believes that good nutrition, exercise and rest are the keys to a healthy life.
Alexis received her Personal Training Certification through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). Alexis will make sure you reach your goals. She can help you lose weight, build strength and muscle, as well as live a healthier lifestyle.
Bianca is passionate about sharing her knowledge from her own personal experiences with her clients. Being the hard worker that she is, Bianca is a portrayal of what it takes to stay motivated and consistent when it comes to health and fitness.
Keith has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years as a professional athlete and a personal trainer. He has trained thousands of clients including Hollywood celebrities, professional athletes, bodybuilders, and regular folks.
Mike Griffin is an enthusiastic trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise. Mike has spent years playing various sports and remains active to this day. Mike’s positive attitude is the secret ingredient you need to achieve your goals.
Andrew has a passion for Olympic Weightlifting, he obtained his USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach certification in 2017. Andrew’s goal is to help you reach your goals whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or look, move and feel better; Andrew has a plan for you.
Robert has a B.S. degree in Athletic Training and has experience working with high school, college, and professional athletes. Using sports medicine methods, he applies preventative exercise techniques to his programs to ensure his clients receive the healthiest approach to their fitness goals.
