Justin Elliott

Personal Training Manager

Justin received his personal training certification through ISSA and has received his Bachelors in Sports and Recreation Management at Ashford University. He has been active in sports all of his life, including being named captain of his high school basketball team.

Glenn Medeiros

General Manager, CPT

Growing up on the Cape, Glenn always had a passion for fitness & outdoor activities. He competed in football, soccer and track for his hometown, Barnstable. He attended the UMASS Amherst earning a B.S. degree in Kinesiology: Exercise, Nutrition, & Wellness.

Jeff Handler


Jeff holds a degree in exercise science and has several advanced health and fitness certifications. With over 20 years of experience creating programs for clients to achieve their fitness goals, Jeff is one of the most sought after trainers in the country.

Elise Frazier


Elise is a Certified Personal Trainer (WITS) and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. She has independently built her clientele from the ground up, believing that the foundation to effective health and wellness starts with realistic, holistic coaching.

Keith Rosary


Keith has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years as a professional athlete and a personal trainer. He has trained thousands of clients including Hollywood celebrities, professional athletes, bodybuilders, and regular folks.

Kim Cassim


Kim is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer as well as a state licensed Massage Therapist. She has a broad knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Kim believes that good nutrition , regular exercise and adequate rest are the keys to establishing and maintaining health.

Alexis Perry


Alexis received her Personal Training Certification through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). Alexis can help you lose weight, build strength and muscle, as well as live a healthier lifestyle.

Bianca Perella


Bianca is extremely passionate about sharing her knowledge from her own personal experiences with her clients. Being the hard worker that she is, Bianca is great at portraying what it takes to stay motivated and consistent when it comes to health and fitness.

Mike Griffin


Mike Griffin is an enthusiastic trainer and is certified by the American Council on Exercise. Mike has spent years playing various sports and remains active to this day.

Andrew Merritt


Andrew received his personal training certifications through USA Weightlifting and ISSA. He is incredibly passionate about all things fitness and is committed to helping his clients reach their goals. In addition to his certifications, Andrew is pursuing his degree in Exercise Science at Bridgewater State University
