Personal Training Manager
Justin received his personal training certification through ISSA and has received his Bachelors in Sports and Recreation Management at Ashford University. He has been active in sports all of his life, including being named captain of his high school basketball team.
General Manager, CPT
Growing up on the Cape, Glenn always had a passion for fitness & outdoor activities. He competed in football, soccer and track for his hometown, Barnstable. He attended the UMASS Amherst earning a B.S. degree in Kinesiology: Exercise, Nutrition, & Wellness.
Jeff holds a degree in exercise science and has several advanced health and fitness certifications. With over 20 years of experience creating programs for clients to achieve their fitness goals, Jeff is one of the most sought after trainers in the country.
Elise is a Certified Personal Trainer through World Instructor Training Schools with specialty certifications in Kettlebell Training and Small Group Training. She graduated from Nichols College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2011.
Kim is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer as well as a state licensed Massage Therapist. She has a broad knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Kim believes that good nutrition , regular exercise and adequate rest are the keys to establishing and maintaining health.
Inspired by her own health and fitness journey, Holly Olp has been coaching people in their weight loss, fitness and wellness goals for three years, becoming an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in the process.
Keith has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years as a professional athlete and a personal trainer. He has trained thousands of clients including Hollywood celebrities, professional athletes, bodybuilders, and regular folks.
Alexis received her Personal Training Certification through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). Alexis can help you lose weight, build strength and muscle, as well as live a healthier lifestyle.
Andrew received his Sports Performance Coach certification USA Weightlifting. Andrew can help you reach a variety of goals, whether you are looking to gain strength and muscle, improve your athletic performance, or just supplement your current training.
