Woman's Group

Circuit training incorporating body weight, kettlebell, barbell, and TRX exercises to help you gain strength, lose fat, increase metabolism, and challenge yourself. All levels are welcome as modifications can be made as necessary. Come challenge yourself in this exclusive women’s training class.
