Come join Trainer Mike for his new circuit training class! EMOM stands for Every Minute On the Minute. He will give you various exercises and an amount of reps that you complete every minute on the minute. If you finish the set early you get the luxury of using the remainder of the minute as your break. If you finish the set in 50 seconds, you only have 10 seconds of rest! This class is a challenge, but modifications are made for all fitness levels. Step out of your comfort zone!
