Tammy Smith

Tammy Smith is a true fitness and nutrition enthusiast. She is a dedicated mom, wife and group fitness instructor. Tammy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Exercise Science, with an Associate’s Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. She is a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
