Insane Bootcamp

Instructor: Aynaz A cardio based total body conditioning program that utilizes interval training to give you an intense, challenging workout. Modifications can be made to fit the needs of all fitness levels.

Triple Play

Participants will feel the rewards from this total body workout. One song of pump followed by a quick tabata cardio burst followed by an abdominal or core exercise. PUMP, CARDIO, CORE REPEAT. Instructor guides participants through a journey using motivational music and proper safety techniques. This class may consist of a warm-up phase, steady up-tempo exercises, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. Each participant is in control of their own speed and tolerance.   *All classes are SAFE & follow socially distancing guidelines, as well as attendance restrictions.*

Pump 'n Shred

Instructor: Mariela A 60 minute class using barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body. This class is ideal for all ages, genders and fitness levels.
