Stretch & Tone

This class combines various stretching methods along with strengthening exercises focused on targeting your core, while improving flexibility.


Increase strength, flexibility, and control of the body.  A body conditioning routine to build flexibility, endurance, strength and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms, and back.

Hatha Yoga

This slow flow class explores the beginning and intermediate asanas (poses) while keeping a focus on developing strength and flexibility.  Mindful postures, meditation, and breathing practices allow participants to fully relax.

Pump 500

A 60 minute class using barbells with adjustable weights and free weights to work every major muscle group in the body. This class is ideal for all ages, genders, and fitness levels.

This class combines various stretching methods along with breathing techniques to reduce muscle tension, increase joint range of movement, and enhance muscular coordination, increase circulation and energy levels.
