Hot Power Yoga

Practiced in a 90 degree room; prepare to start of finish your day with an intense, powerful, flow practice.  You will detox, calm your mind, and feel strong mentally and physically.

Pilates

Increase strength, flexibility, and control of the body.  A body conditioning routine to build flexibility, endurance, strength and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms, and back.

Hatha Yoga

This slow flow class explores the beginning and intermediate asanas (poses) while keeping a focus on developing strength and flexibility.  Mindful postures, meditation, and breathing practices allow participants to fully relax.

Pump 500

Fitness500 Club version of a full body pump style class, a pre-choreographed 60 minute class using barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body.  Ideal for all ages, genders, and fitness levels.

Stretch & Relaxation

This class combines various stretching methods along with breathing techniques to reduce muscle tension, increase joint range of movement, and enhance muscular coordination, increase circulation and energy levels.
