Stretch & Tone

This class combines various stretching methods along with strengthening exercises focused on targeting your core, while improving flexibility.

Pilates

Increase strength, flexibility, and control of the body.  A body conditioning routine to build flexibility, endurance, strength and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms, and back.

Pump 500

A 60 minute class using barbells with adjustable weights and free weights to work every major muscle group in the body. This class is ideal for all ages, genders, and fitness levels.

Fight Sport

This class focuses on building strength, conditioning, and stamina as well as true technical striking skills with the use of boxing gloves, mitts, and kick pads. (Members are encouraged to bring their own gloves.)
