Hey, I’m Nat! I started my fitness journey in 2010 when I was 266lbs, the heaviest I had been in my entire life. I knew if I didn’t change I wouldn’t have much life left so I joined the gym. Over the next 4 years I continued to see-saw in weight until i finally reached my goal of 185Lbs. But I wasn’t done. I had to get to 100lbs dropped , and i did just that a few weeks later weighting in at 165lbs. Since then my weight has gone up but my drive for the gym has stayed the same, always wanting to better myself, and help people better themselves.

It’s a process that will take you longer than just a couple months. It is years of dedication, working out regularly, and a proper diet plan. There is no miracle pill, it takes effort, consistency, and discipline. The left side of this photo is from the beginning of my lifestyle change in 2017, the right side is from 2020. Don’t quit! Keep going, small steps every day.
